Our experience was the ot the best. The dealership was inflexible when we requested to remove expesive and unnecessary options from the CPO vehicle. When reviewing the contract the vehicle price was overs inflexible when we requested to remove expesive and unnecessary options from the CPO vehicle. When reviewing the contract the vehicle price was overstated. When we mentionted it the response we received was "that will take a f@#$ing" hour to fix. We were overcharged $200 for nitrofill option, another issue we noticed when reviewing documents on the flash drive we were provided. After we mentioned to managment we were offered a refund. We were informed the best financing we qualified for was 4.65% when we qualified for 1.9 at another dealership. We were then told that dealership must have been lying to us. We were given the option to return the car, which we ended up doing. On that day we were told by the Finance manager our down payment would be refunded by check and were provided with a receipt. Fours days later still no check. We called the dealership to obtain status and were told the refund could only be made to our debit card. Mind you WE had to call to find this out, FOUR days after the fact! It took another FOUR days for the money to post to our account. All around poorly trained and misinformed staff, except for Sales Manager Ryan who was respectful and answered questions. More
