This was my very first time dealing with Raceway Nissan Service Center. I recently purchased a car from them and needed to take it in for service. I got no feedback from the Service Advisor. He did not seem friendly and welcome at all. After reviewing my paperwork at home, I happened to notice according to the paper work that a recall repair was d seem friendly and welcome at all. I had an 11:00am appointment for 4 wheel alignment and told me that was taking the 1hr so I waited but to my surprise I ended up waiting 3hrs!! It’s just not right for them to lie about it!!
