This was my very first time dealing with Raceway Nissan Service Center. I recently purchased a car from them and needed to take it in for service. Mark was very friendly and easy going. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He stayed late to assist us with our new car. He called us the next day to make sure everything was OK. I got no feedback from the Service Advisor. He did not seem friendly and welcome at all. After reviewing my paperwork at home, I happened to notice according to the paper work that a recall repair was d seem friendly and welcome at all. I had an 11:00am appointment for 4 wheel alignment and told me that was taking the 1hr so I waited but to my surprise I ended up waiting 3hrs!! It’s just not right for them to lie about it!!
