Work was overpriced but I expected that from a dealer, so it wasn’t a deal breaker. However, I received no estimated time for completion or phone call informing me when the work was completed. Waited for the recall service 2hrs (i was totally ok with it) 1° I saw when they parked my car but the customer service rep was just having a interesting conversation with the other rep and didn't notified it) 1° I saw when they parked my car but the customer service rep was just having a interesting conversation with the other rep and didn't notified me that it was ready until more than 30min later that I had to go ask if it was ready. 2° I Didn't received the recall certification only invoice paperwork and found out when got to the DMV window after waiting 2hrs there, so had to go back hours later to Nissan to get certification by this time DMV was going to be close. 3° when I got there the rep was on the phone and he knew because right away he started looking for the certificate to fill it out, but he never looked at me in the eye or apologized the phone call was more important than a unsatisfied customer. I wasted too much time for 1 careless employee very disappointed at your location. Don't remember his name and don't have paperwork with me, look at my account. More
