I took my 2005 Nissan Altima for service (transmission oil change) and when I left the lot I noticed the engine light on + felt a difference on the car when I drove it. I called Nissan to tell them and th oil change) and when I left the lot I noticed the engine light on + felt a difference on the car when I drove it. I called Nissan to tell them and the person I spoke to said it could be because the car is old and the transmission could be old. I am very disappointed and will never go back. I at least expected for them to say ok bring it back so we can take a look at it. I came here because I trusted that they would know what to do (since they are Nissan) and I thought I would have a good experience since they are professionals. More

Incompetents. Personel need to go back to mechanic school training. I been there couple of times complaining issues with the Driver side ac not properly working,also my truck can go more then 10miles per ho training. I been there couple of times complaining issues with the Driver side ac not properly working,also my truck can go more then 10miles per hour,came back home and still the same problems not mentioning the alarm going off every single night after midnight which I reported to you and never got fix. I regret getting my truck @you're location and never going back. False personel advertisement Employees seems always in a rush. No stars at all for this location .
