This was my first visit to Raceway Nissan andy experience was horrid! Apart from the long wait, i had to deal with a patronizing and condescending attitude from the service advisor. Waited almost 3 hours was horrid! Apart from the long wait, i had to deal with a patronizing and condescending attitude from the service advisor. Waited almost 3 hours for an oil change - and that's with an appointment. I was told that oil change takes 1½ hours when i asked about the status of my car and that I need another 45 minutes (this by the way, after almost hours of waiting). I've been to other Nissan service centers and it takes the a little over an hour to get it done and I'm usually informed if it wi take longer as soon as I check in. I would have been okay with 1½ hours but not waiting for almost 3 hours. Worse, Sam, the service advisor I was talking to was very dismissive and a little rude to my concern. When I expressed my concern to the sales side where I was sitting (so I can get the number or email to send my complaint), they were more sympathetic even as they explained things to me. I expected to be told immediately how long it would take for a service to be completed, especially because the dealership didn't offer shuttle service (according to Sam) and as such I had to cancel a medical appointment. I also expected the service advisor, Sam, to be more courteous and sympathetic to his customers as his colleagues were. Service is to slow I went 9-7-21 and they don't make nothing to my vehicle and I weit for 3 hours and they don't reach to make a service to my car.
