My first two options of frustrations and misinformation is what led me here which maybe I should be happy it occurred. Now driving the vehicle I had been wanting all along. I had been a customer for years, bought a car there. Ever since covid, they got rid of the front desk girls who reviewed the car with you, went over your point reward system and used coupons. Then, the service men were to take over those duties and they don't always remember to use your points or check for coupons for you. But, they were still proving amazing customers service and opened the doors for you. The 6 months the new guys give you attitude and sometimes are so rude or not understanding. I don't always have 3 hours or more to get a oil change done especially if I have an hour long commute to get my services done because I prepaid for my oil changes for 80,000 miles. It doesn't matter to prepay anymore because at 70,000 they say you have to pay for your oil changes. Well, I'm not preparing for future oil changes when I purchase my next new car elsewhere from this experience or purchasing my next car here. Before I talked wonders about this dealership how they would try to fit you in, how smoothing the business transaction would go. They use to offer donuts and coffee, tea, and hot chocolate pre covid. They would open the doors for you, keep you updated, and everyone was so friendly. I felt I had that lexus customer service without being in a lexus dealership. It made me feel taken care off, and paying their pricing worth it. Now, I pay for the same price, but the experience and customer is not the same anymore. I honestly don't know which service man will be kind and provide me customer service like they use too. I'm was so disappointed. What happened? If they won't keep their promises for what I paid for in my contact that I still have for prepaid oil changes, and the customer isn't what it used to be. Its not worth it for me to continue commuting an hour to get my services done anymore. If I gotta pay for my oil change when I still have 3 or 4 left, then I go elsewhere way closer to my home and take my business elsewhere. I remember my dad bought two cars from this dealership when I was 14-15, and I was so excited my get first new car here and get it maintained here because I loved it. Now, I'm in my late 20s with kids, that is how long I used to visit this place and I remember so much of how it used to be running. More
