I purchased my Jeep with it having a back up camera advertised but there was no back up camera. When I reached out to raceway several weeks ago regarding this issue, i was never contacted. If I have an appointment, the service should be provided at that time, not three to four hours later. On a previous appointment I have been scolded for bringing the car in early, but I am not sure why that at that time, not three to four hours later. On a previous appointment I have been scolded for bringing the car in early, but I am not sure why that matters as despite my scheduled appointment, you seem to "get to it when you get to it" with no sense of urgency, even if the customer is sitting there waiting all day. If parts need to be ordered and brought in from elsewhere, then when I am asked if I want the parts I should be told this and the wait time. This time I was asked if I wanted replacement filters and told the cost, but was not told they were not in stock. Hours later when I asked on the status I was told they were being brought in from another location and it would be another 15 minutes. It was not. I ended up cancelling the order and leaving. Had I know it would take that long I would not have agreed to have the filters replaced. More
