I purchased my Jeep with it having a back up camera advertised but there was no back up camera. When I reached out to raceway several weeks ago regarding this issue, i was never contacted. If I have an appointment, the service should be provided at that time, not three to four hours later. On a previous appointment I have been scolded for bringing the car in early, but I am not sure why that at that time, not three to four hours later. If parts need to be ordered and brought in from elsewhere, then when I am asked if I want the parts I should be told this and the wait time. This time I was asked if I wanted replacement filters and told the cost, but was not told they were not in stock. Hours later when I asked on the status I was told they were being brought in from another location and it would be another 15 minutes. It was not. I ended up cancelling the order and leaving. Had I know it would take that long I would not have agreed to have the filters replaced. More
