I thought they would treat me less than average because I did not buy my car from them. But instead, they went out of their way to help me understand what needed to be done on my car, and they took care of it with incredible speed. Every person I met, from Matthew who greeted me and saw me through every step of the way, to Barbara who was the cashier with the biggest smile I have ever seen, the uncomfortable task of getting my car fixed was done more easily than I could have thought possible. Add to this, the waiting room was clean, comfortable, and had coffee and other delights. I would recommend DCH Freehold Nissan above all others. More

I continue to make the hour drive to this Nissan dealer because of the service. They are always welcoming. It is probably the friendliest customer service staff I have ever seen at a dealership. I have owned several cars and always feel screwed over at the service desk. This Nissan has always made me felt the opposite. There is one guy Matt who has taken care of me with a loaner car or shuttle ride when I have had appointments at the same time as an oil change. They have reasonable prices on parts. Recently, and what brings me to writing this review is the Service manager Liz. With the inclement weather lately, I hydroplaned in the snow and hit a curb. For a little over a week my car was making a funny sound and drive funny. I took it in for an oil change and a few other things and they checked it out. The bearing had snapped and my car needed a major repair. When I heard the initial price, I was stunned at what service would cost but it seemed fair. I went over to Liz and asked her if she could work with me on a few things as things were a little tight. She agreed and my pricing came down to what I could afford for parts and labor. At this point I figured I had this cost and the cost of the oil change and wipers I purchased prior to the, examining my car. The service was quick, about 3 hours and they gave me a loaner car so I didn't sit there waiting all day. Some dealerships don't give you anything and make you wait in the waiting room all day. Oh and it was a busy Saturday too. When I got back to the dealership, my car was ready and I was stunned that my bill included my oil change, wiper blades not inserts, an air filter and the bearings I needed. All of that service was included at my negotiated price. On top of that, I snapped the sensors in the bearing and they had included that in the price. This was the first time I received real service from real people and I will continue to drive an hour and a half just to receive my car service from DCH. They truly Deliver Customer Happiness and I recommend them to everyone. I hope this review makes you think twice about where you have your car serviced, because it should be serviced by real people. The sales team is different, but the service team really matters. More

My car is 9 years old but I still go there and their prices are very competitive compared to other car shops in the area plus they give you points. I do definitely recommend this dealrler More
Commendation for Liz Triola and Matthew Cascello We are the owners of a Nissan Altima and went to this dealership on Aug. 22, 2014 for an oil change and to possibly buy tires. Matthew attended to us We are the owners of a Nissan Altima and went to this dealership on Aug. 22, 2014 for an oil change and to possibly buy tires. Matthew attended to us as soon as he was able to. He was very friendly and helpful and told us that Liz would be able to help us regarding the tires and other things we may need. He honored the discount promised to us regarding the oil change during our next visit which was that day. Liz was the best. She was able to find some existing warranty that our car still had, offered us a good deal on the tires and was just very helpful and accommodating. We also got a nice loaner car while they were fixing our car. Thank you all for the great experience. The only drawback was that you ran out of the chocolate drink mix so maybe next time you'll have them : ) More

Lucky for me that I had bought my battery at the dealership a few years ago and it was under guarantee. She guided me on all the things I need to do as I approach my 90,000 mile mark to maintain my car in excellent condition so I can buget my expense. I left the place in a great mood. I called to make a service appointment for my Altima (oil change)...and was greeted by a very friendly and efficient receptionist. Made the appointment very easily. Upon arrival on the date of service I was personally greeted by a polite and efficient employee who escorted me to my service writer Jennine Lakes - she greeted me with a warm smile and a big good morning - This is the third time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jennine Lakes and I must say that every time she is upbeat, friendly, caring, very professional and knowledgeable and extremely efficient. She helps to make the dealership experience smooth and actually enjoyable. After getting the paper work taken care of she personally escorted me to the waiting area and showed me the coffee and bagels...a nice morning treat. When the car was ready, she came and got me and went over what was done etc and escorted me to the cashier. I have to say, the personal attention that you receive at this dealership is unique and very refreshing. It is a pleasure doing business with this dealership. If you decide to use this dealership service department, please take my recommendation and ask for Jennine Lakes - she will halp you in any way that she can. Great dealership !!! Excellent customer service and outstanding vehicle service My normal visit on 5/6/14 was for an express oil change, tire rotation and to check on a new noise I was hearing. I was greeted very professionally and efficiently by Liz who is extremely knowledgable and very intuitive. She reasoned very effectively my vague report on the unusual sound I was hearing and made a clear reference for attention to it. I always request service with Andy Plank because of his superior knowledge and high quality service. And this visit proved why I am so trusting of their total quality of care I receive by them both. A major necessary repair was detected to replace my worn out struts. I was advised to return the next day 5/7 for a complete replacement of top quality Toyota strut parts. I did and there became a need to also install new shocks and so called "boot insulators." It was required that my Solara remain overnight and I was offered car service or a rental for my transportation needs. What turned out to be a very expensive and time consuming unplanned car event was handled extremely well and efficiently at a top level of customer and automobile quality service. So all of the above facts lead to one very important message I must share with you. Your wonderful staff members, Liz and Andy, represent a highly regarded reputation of your DCH Nissan Service Department. My sons 2013 Nissan Altima was due for service so I went on-line to make an appointment. I picked a date and time and scheduled the appointment effortlessly. My on-line appointment was followed by a very polite telephone call from a Freehold Nissan representative confirming my appointment. When I arrived at the service facility a greeter immediately welcomed me and checked in my vehicle. He then escorted me over to my service writer Jennine Lakes who was waiting for me. I then observed the greeter placing a protective floor cover down in my vehicle and encased my front seat with a plastic cover to protect that as well. Very considerate ! Jennine Lakes was professional, courteous and very efficient. She listed to what I wanted done and made a few suggestions to me that I happily added to my work order. I wanted to wait for the vehicle and Jennine clearly marked on the service request to expedite my car because I was waiting. I sat in a clean and comfortable waiting area and enjoyed a breakfast snack and coffee courtesy of Freehold Nissan. Before I know it, the car was complete. Jennine came out and informed me that everything was done, she explained the invoice to me and escorted me to the cashier, who by the way was also very professional and courteous. I have to say that I was very impressed with the efficiency and the professional manner in which this service center is operated. The price charged for the work I had performed was very fair. This was an excellent experience and I have to commend the management of Freehold Nissan service for maintaining a very efficient and professional staff. My son bought this vehicle at Freehold Nissan and he was extremely happy with the manner in which he was treated by the sales staff. All in all this is a very good dealership and I would recommend them to anyone. I am considering the purchase of a Nissan Rouge from this dealership...If and when I do, I will let you all know how my experience with the pricing and deliver were.
