As a soon to be first time mom, I came to Raceway Nissan looking for a bigger car than what I currently drive. I sat down with Fred and immediately knew he would be a sincere and genuine person to help me navigate purchasing a car. I was shopping pre-owned as it’s what my budget allowed. Fred was extremely knowledgable and walked me through every feature of the Pathfinder I was interested in. Not only that, he was relatable, kind, patient, and truly cared about who he was helping. I always say that both good and bad sales interactions stick with you, and I can assure you that Fred is someone you’ll remember in the best way! I left the dealership in the car I wanted, at a price I could afford, feeling extremely satisfied with how the interaction of the day went. Purchased a my new car this past week with Chris. Chris was absolutely amazing from walking in the door to driving away in our new set of wheels. Took the time to listen to all our needs and wishes about what we were looking for in a newer vehicle. He gave us several different options to choose from so we weren't stuck with one choice. I just leased my second Nissan Rogue at Pine Belt Nissan, and Vladiir Auvilmar was the very qualified, pleasant salesperson working with me. The entire experience was great - he explained everything to me, answered all my questions and I left with my 2025 Nissan Rogue feeling quite knowledgeable about all the new, improved features on the 2025 Rogue. I had a horrible experience with Alamo Finance in Texas regarding my cargo van financed through New Jersey Auto Lending, SJR Sansone JR 66 Nissan, Sansone JR’S Windsor Nissan. My vehicle was repossessed even though I was only 12 days past due on one payment. The situation was caused mainly because the dealership has failed to provide me with a permanent tag for almost 11 months an I still didn’t receive a tag. It was always an excuse why I didn’t have my permanent tags. Every month I’ve had to keep getting temporary tags and paying extra filing fees out my pocket to a company for business compliance called Gigsafe just to keep my work vehicle active and updated in their systems to keep it on the road, which caused delays in my income and payments every month. On top of that, the customer service was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Representatives talked to me any kind of way instead of trying to understand the situation or work out a solution. There was no compassion, no communication, and no willingness to help despite the ongoing tag issue not being my fault. I rely on my cargo van for work and supporting my family, and the way this was handled was completely unfair. I strongly disagree with recommending them to anyone that’s considering them for financing.

Jake and Adara were fabulous to deal with and made my car purchasing experience an easy, informative and comfortable process from beginning to end. Dave in finance was wonderful as well!
