Awful experience. This was my first time there and I went for the convenience. The staff wasn’t friendly when I got there. I asked a question and they said they would have to charge me to look into it. While sitting in the waiting room I noticed every advisor was going up to each person telling them they needed a large amount of work done. Did they really need it is my first thought? Then when I left, my car had an issue and the sensor came on. I brought it back and they told me it would cost another almost $300 to fix. I left and went to the old dealership who fixed the problem for 1/3 of the price. Shady to me and would never go back because I simply don’t trust them. More
