Katrina assisted in having George and a guy having a close look at my stress crack in my windshield. I was not happy and surprised seeing it out of no where this past week. My service rep, Chris, was very helpful explaining what was needed and my repairs were completed in a few hours. My only complaint was I thought the price on repairing my shifter was high, approximately $1 was needed and my repairs were completed in a few hours. My only complaint was I thought the price on repairing my shifter was high, approximately $1300. In this economy, that hurt. More
