My service rep, Chris, was very helpful explaining what was needed and my repairs were completed in a few hours. My only complaint was I thought the price on repairing my shifter was high, approximately $1 was needed and my repairs were completed in a few hours. My only complaint was I thought the price on repairing my shifter was high, approximately $1300. In this economy, that hurt. More
