All staff (especially Ed) were friendly , professional, and responsive to customer from beginning to end. Best yet, they give you a great deal with no strings attached. I put a down payment (fully refundable) and came back 2 days later to close the deal and pick up the vehicle. They prepared the documentation and the vehicle so that there was minimal waiting on my part. The delivery coordinator, Rolando took his time to explain all the functionality of the sophisticated vehicle to ensure that I was comfortable with operating the vehicle and using the controls. Their service is unsurpassed. I've been burned before from a previous purchase (not mentioning the name of the dealership near Woodbridge, NJ). But DCH Freehold Nissan has changed my perspective of car dealers. I'm completely satisfied and would highly recommend DCH Freehold Nissan to anybody. More

Great experience working with both Mark and Veysel. There were very responsive to our needs both as far as features we wanted and price. They worked very hard to find us the right car and then gave us several options as to what we might due to make it fit within our budget.(ie; buying a 2009 rather than a 2010, offering us substantial rebates, and adding options at the dealership as opposed to buying a more expensive factory package) They went so far as to let us take advantage of a brand new additional rebate of $1000 that was just introduced on the day we came to pick up the car. They were not at all pushy, very professional, and actually made the "car buying experience" a pleasant one. More

Not only did mark just sell me a car but instead he made sure himself that it was the correct car to fit my life. Mark made me feel confident that I was choosing the correct vehicle and he was absolutely truthful and honest when it came to any questions or concerns that I had about choosing a vehicle. He was also so friendly and Without a doubt I will reccomend the dealership to my friends co workers and family when they are ready to buy a car. I am a very old school person when it comes to business deals and one thing i always look for is honesty. My husband and I had stopped by on Wed., Nov. 11, 2009 to see if the 2010 Murano had come in. We were just out in the lot when Howie came out to see if we needed help. He was very helpful, and he answered all of our questions. We told him we were just looking, and still he answered our questions without any pressure. We knew it was the car we wanted,but still wanted to think it over. We had another car to trade in, and we made an apppointment to bring it in to have it appraised, and to test drive the Murano. We came back in on Nov. 14 to have our car appraised and to test drive the Murano. Howie again was very patient and professional and addressed all of our concerns. We loved the car and decided to purchase it. Howie is truly an asset to your business! Everyone else we dealt with was just as wonderful. This was the best experience we have had with purchasing a car. Thank you! More

Did an internet purchase on an 09 Murano and at pickup found out the car didn't have all I asked for and was promised. When he couldn't find the 2009 he got me a 2010 Murano at NO ADDITIONAL COST with all the options I originally wanted. In my opinion he went WAY above and beyond to make sure they made it right. I'll be a long time customer at DCH Freehold Nissan. Also, they have a great guy, John, who shows you all the options in the car and how each works....really friendly, really funny and very knowledgable. It's worth buying a car there just to meet him - he's teriffic! More

I had an excellent, and I should say, a very unusual experience. Unusual because this experience was unlike any other I have had at other dealers. I felt no pressure to close the deal, no haggling over price and everyone in the dealership was very courteous and professional. My salesman was Mark Weber, who I think is the nicest and most professional of salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions in a very courteous and calm manner. He did not rush me into making my decision and let me take time with all the details. I bought my car because of him. Thanks Mark for a great car buying experience. I have given this dealer the highest rating particularly for a great car buying experience. Thanks. More
