My service rep, Chris, was very helpful explaining what was needed and my repairs were completed in a few hours. My only complaint was I thought the price on repairing my shifter was high, approximately $1 was needed and my repairs were completed in a few hours. My only complaint was I thought the price on repairing my shifter was high, approximately $1300. In this economy, that hurt. More

It took almost two and a half hours for an oil change, and this was with me making an appointment. This is on me though, every time I have come here it takes hours, but fortunately I can something about and this was with me making an appointment.
