DCH Freehold Nissan has an excellent and fun staff. I came all the way from Long Island just to buy a car from them. Other dealers in both New York and New Jersey weren't nearly as honest or professiona came all the way from Long Island just to buy a car from them. One salesman I dealt with in New York actually harrassed my cell phone via text message from the moment I left their dealer. DCH was courteous and kept me laughing while I was waiting for the car to be detailed. Travis especially, who helped me sync my cell phone with the cars bluetooth, even though he usually only delivers new cars. Sal the finance manager was also a Turkish delight. I also owe Barry Cottrell, the general manager, a very special thanks. I will definitely be back for my next car, and I would recommend to anyone that they buy their cars from DCH Freehold Nissan! Freddy had met us when we walked in the doo with such a warm and friendly smile. I felt that he was a friend and not a salesperson. Freddy walked with us at each model and explained different things about each car. I felt that was such a good service. Most salesmen leave you alone to search for yourself. We decided that we liked the Rogue which Freddy then let us test drive the car. Which we liked very much and are currently leasing thatcar. I hope that down the road when it's time for us to lease another Nissan that Freddy will still be working for Nissan. There is really so much about his personality and that smile really gets you. After at least 3 phone calls, I confirmed that I wanted a 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe 2.5 S without any packages. I asked for a total price without tax. Only to be told that there was a misunderstanding using relay service interpreters (I'm deaf) and them, they thought I wanted a 4 door. I told them how can this be? There was at least 3 phone calls and I remember clearly confirming many times, that I wanted a COUPE or 2 doors, I know I said it numerous to make sure I don't waste more than an hour to get there! They didn't even offer to reimburse me for gas. Previous comments are true but after that they reached out to me to reimbursed me for gas and tolls. They even offered me a lower priced they they originally offered which was a good deal but I couldn't accept it since I already purchased a car from a different dealership. I would seriously consider this dealership next time. More

I never felt any pressure to buy a vehicle, my decision was only made after I was given all of the straight facts. Other dealerships throw around vague numerical figures in an attempt to make you think you're receiving a great deal when in fact they're conning you. I gave Shay my budget and he came back with some hard figures printed on an easy to read chart. That NEVER happened in any other dealerships I've been to. Reading the figures and payment plans in plain english sealed the deal for me. I leased a beautiful 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5S Coupe at a reasonable price.
