Dave Pomerantz, our sales consultant, was patient (multiple visits & test drives over the past several weeks) and very helpful as we decided on the vehicle. As we worked our way through the price negotiation, Dave was very open and forthright with the invoice information and we reached a deal that we feel good about. Chris, the sales manager, checked in several times through the process and helped us get to the price point we were looking for. Once again, we drove away with a new Nissan (this time a Frontier) feeling that we were treated very fairly and feeling great about our new truck. I'd stongly recommend DCH Freehold Nissan to anyone and would encourage you to look for Dave/Chris to help you with your vehicle shopping experience. Bob is an attentive sales person. He listened to what I wanted and did not "push" me in a direction I didn't want to go. The sales staff was open to our wants as far as our trade-in too! My fiancee and I were in the market for a new car, more specifically our first new car. We had been browsing various types of cars throughout the past few months and narrowed our choices down to a few incl specifically our first new car. Hands down, when walking into the DCH Nissan dealership, no one compared to the comfort level they provided us. There is a lot of anxieties that go with buying your first new car, this dealership dissipated all of those. From the greeting to the signing, everyone was friendly, informative, and most importantly, honest. I plan on recommending this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a car, new or used. Our salesman, Dave, was top notch. He broke the mold of a "car salesman" and was an anomaly in our searching for a car. Chris, the sales manager, was incredible. He worked out numbers for us in a variety of ways until we found the RIGHT one. Most other dealerships did numbers one to two ways. Overall, A++++ More
LET ME START BY SAYING I HAVE PURCHASED 8 NEW CARS IN THE PAST. ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THEM WAS A GOOD EXPIERIENCE !!!! ALL NIGHTMARES THAT I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE FROM THE MINUTE I WALKED IN THE DOOR ALL PAST. ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THEM WAS A GOOD EXPIERIENCE !!!! I came up from the Jersey Shore to DCH Freehold Nissan because I heard about the sales people there and how well they treat people. Everone has some kind of story about how a car dealership screwed or tried to screw them over. I had my own. So when I went in there I was surprised at how the salesmen acted. The atmosphere was very relaxed and fun and I actually ENOJYED my time there buying my car. My salesman, Edward, was very polite and professional, and gave me so much information on the Maxima that I didn't even have any questions about it by the time he was done showing me the car. The important thing about it all- he never talked to me like a salesman and never treated me like a customer. We just spoke like two men. He was great. He showed me the numbers, got the car cleaned up for me, and even set up my insurance right there before I left. John, the delivery specialist, showed me how two set up my cell phone with the car's Bluetooth and made sure I had a full tank of gas before I left the dealer. He kept me laughing, and knew just as much as Eddie did about the car. I think I could sell a Maxima now with everything I know about it! Thanks to everyone there who did my paperwork, cleaned the car, everything. I hated car dealers. Probably still always will. But DCH was different. I loved my time there. ONLY place I'll ever buy a car from again. Go to DCH. Ask for Edward Donohue. Best decision you could make More

A friendly staff, who did not rush the decision and didn't fail to educate me on the availability of items within the car/truck. I will not be returning for future purchases at this dealership.
