Greeted comfortably by Mr. Weber. Explained to him that I was interested in trading my old vehicle in and what my thought for a new vehicle was and the price I was looking to pay. Mr. Weber, obviously kno I was interested in trading my old vehicle in and what my thought for a new vehicle was and the price I was looking to pay. Mr. Weber, obviously knowing his product, immediately recommended the Rogue which has exceeded my expections so far in a 4 cyl. crossover type vehicle. Between Mark and Tom Wall the numbers were worked out in a relatively short period of time. Mark then handled all the paperwork and phone calls from there and I came back to finalize paperwork with Mark Baatz a few days later. No B.S. NO SURPRISES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. More

After being towed to my father's work only to have the mechanic tell me that the radiator blew up, transmission bit the dust, and the engine was on its last puff of smoke, I was stuck between a boulder and a diamond wall. My truck search started immediately the next day. I decided to buy new because I never trusted a used vehicle after this experience, especially one that was sold by a friend who told me the day after I laid the money down that it wasn't his fault if the thing fell apart at the next stoplight. I started at Galaxy Toyota, after narrowing it down to a Toyota Tacoma and a Nissan Frontier. I'm sorry, but screw Ford and Chevy. I know we need the economic stimulation, but if the fuckers made decent vehicles, then we might not be in this financial quagmire. My Kawasaki ZRX1200R had never given me any attitude, so I knew I was Turning Japanese, I'm Really Turning Japanese, I really Think So. Galaxy's prices were too intimidating. 5-7% for five years!? Kiss my ass! On top of that, the truck they wanted to sell me was a demo with 6700 miles on it and the price still didn't beat what DCH would have offered me. I took a drive in the Tacoma and fell in love with it. Dammit! I knew that would happen. On day two, I stopped at Sansone and Crooks to see the new Frontiers. This shady extra from Jersey Shore, Sal, met us and greeted us with his Depped-out hair. He said that new Frontiers didn't offer a long bed, and gave us a 4-cylinder to test drive. "Where's the balls!?" I exclaimed while jamming the the pedal to the floor and receiving no response for three seconds. You see, I needed a V6 to begin with, and I told the guido poser that before I boarded S.S. Wusswagon. That experience had SansBLOWN and I'll never have anything decent to say about them. The next day I pondered the Tacoma, but my Dad brought up a valid point--check out another Nissan dealer just for the halibut. So, I went to Pinebelt Nissan. They put me in a V6 King Cab and the difference was uncanny! This was the ride I had been waiting for! But then when the salesman began telling me that Nissan only made the long bed for King Cab models, I abandoned all hope in Nissan. The final decision day had come and I went to a Toyota dealer in Freehold, who was not willing to work with me on finances, that heartless prick, and then the last stop on the list was DCH Nissan. I was greeted by Jim Small--The Bear as they call him--who took me out to the truck lot to show me a V6 4x4 Long Bed Crew Cab Frontier. Hallelujah! Jim was exceedingly knowledgeable in most aspects of the truck and if he didn't know for sure, he made it a point to find out for me. No Sansoning around here. I was elated. "I was told by two other Nissan dealers that they didn't make this truck!" I exclaimed. "Of course they do," Jim nonchalantly said. I immediately began to develop a trust with Jim that I could count on throughout the entire process of the sale. I had no intention of buying a truck that day, but ended up putting down a deposit. Jim even went out of his way to find me a black Frontier with every single specification I needed. The finance package was better than any other dealer, and everyone at DCH was more trustworthy than every other dealer I've ever been to. The best part of this whole experience was that I was treated with respect and walked away feeling like I had done a great thing--not like I was taken advantage of. The folks at DCH are truly a breed apart, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car. DCH Nissan gives us hope in a corrupt land of swindlers and corporate pickpockets. Thank you, Jim Small, Chris Murphy, Mark in finance, and everyone else who made this one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had. YOU GUYS FUCKING ROCK!!! -Mike More
I purchased Nissan Rogue on May 22nd. This dealership has the most helpful, customer-oriented staff. They have no gimmicks, such as charging $2,000 for a pin stripe or door guards that many other dealers hav the most helpful, customer-oriented staff. They have no gimmicks, such as charging $2,000 for a pin stripe or door guards that many other dealers have. I got my vehicle with the 360* package for under $22,000 with o.9% financing (I have great credit history), which saved me at least an extra $1,000. Antonina More
From the minute we walked into DCH Nissan, we felt welcomed and comfortable. We had been shopping around for a reliable, decently priced used car. Rolando Dura was the salesman who assisted us. He welcomed and comfortable. We had been shopping around for a reliable, decently priced used car. Rolando Dura was the salesman who assisted us. He was patient and honest. He answered all of our questions with no hesitation. He was never too pushy or overbearing. Unfortunately, our first trip to DCH we left without a car. Continuing our search, we realized we REALLY wanted to bring our business to this dealer. We continued to search online at the cars in their lot. So, today, we went back to DCH Nissan. With Rolando Dura & Chris Murphy, we were able to purchase our car! Chris helped us realize what car would be best for our financial situation. He personally walked us around the lot to show us their great inventory. I feel like this dealership truly listened to what we had to say - what we wanted, what we can afford. I thank them for their continued patience and assistance. I would recommend this dealership to anyone... with no hesitation!! More
