Unfortunately the other Manager's did not follow his attributes~ (they should) I came back to the dealership for my plates and was greeted on a very busy Saturday by Mr. Michael Rufo and Steven Matltzman. I bought a Cadilliac ext on Sep 23rd 2011 for 29,715 . 3 days later i had to call them it broke down .Went thru hell to get it there took a day off from work.I bought a code reader the truck is a mess ,they days later i had to call them it broke down .Went thru hell to get it there took a day off from work.I bought a code reader the truck is a mess ,they tell me Gold coast Cadillac said it was the sensors .Now i have to borrow a car to go to work. Assumining they replace the sensors .I get the truck back 3 days later the truck broke down .Same code readings now the transmisson is shot . Now remember I spent 30,000 dollars I gave them a check for it. I seen the truck on Internet on a thursday ? friday at 5pm it was purshased . The truck was towed to the repair shop for the seconded time in 20 days on 10/19/2011 as of 10/25/2011 not even a phone call . I called this morning left a message for MS Elizabeth in service Nothing yet . I want my Money Back . More

When I started looking for a truck, it was difficult not to be overwhelmed. There are so many pickup trucks, rated on so many aspects of driving, towing,ride. Terry Lee was so helpful with the paperwork, it took the stress right out of my truck buying experience. DCH freehold Nissan made me an offer I couldn't refuse. When I came to pick up the truck, I was greeted by Rolando Dura, of the delivery team. There was a big banner across the windshield with "this truck specially prepared for" & my name. He shook my hand & congratulated me on my purchase, then proceeded to program the radio, phone, & explained absolutley every single bit of information about my new truck.
