Dear Green123 My Dealership participates in the DealerRater.com Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. In your case I have spoken to all parties including Shay, his manager and my UC manager to try and identify your transaction to your dealer rater posting. This situation is difficult because we really do not remember when this occurred. The spray painting of the wheels while not common is not uncommon in the business and it is done to try and make the wheels look better cosmetically. This is no different than touching up a scratch or ding on a door panel to make the car cosmetically better. But as you said that this was not the main issue. If 50% of what you said is true about the amount of time you spent at the dealership (I am not disputing what you have said) I would just like to apologize for your delay in taking delivery. As you said you were here at the end of the month, and we are usually very busy selling and delivering cars at that time but that is no excuse. We have a process where the customers are taken into finance in the order that the deals are consummated and taking also into consideration the amount of time it may take to get the new or used vehicle ready for delivery. I am so sorry that you feel this way. Please feel free if you would like to contact myself to discuss further, I have no problem. Additionally I would be happy to take a look at the condition of your tires to see if there is anything I can do to help you out.
