He is one of the best service representatives I have ever encountered in my history of driving, with only a Saab dealership coming close many years ago. Rui is polite, patient, clear, informed and honest. His advice has been consistently accurate and his guidance has been invaluable. I would encourage DCH Freehold to recognize Rui's value and to make sure that other service representatives are on par with him. I would bet that his other clients are equally impressed. I have purchased many cars over the years, it was a pleasure to deal with Mark at Freehold Nissan. It was nice to walk into a car dealer and feel like I was dealing with a neighbor from my block as opp pleasure to deal with Mark at Freehold Nissan. You guys are amazing !! This was the second car we leased in 3 months as my previous lease was finished & my husband decided to sell his 4 yr old maxima for a new car... We have been dealing with Freehold Nissan for years & this is the 5th or 6th Nissan (I can't exactly remember) from DCH !! I had done some research & went in knowing just what I wanted... Howie our salesman was excellent, friendly, fair & just a pleasure to deal with. Chris "the manager" was so professional, friendly & gave us a spectacular deal as well as a very fair trade in price !! Mark - the finance person, we dealt with both times, couldn't have been any nicer !! He explained every paper we signed & we zipped thru finance in record time !! The young man (I didn't catch his name) who brought us the car went over all of the features of the car & was very patient with all my husbands many questions.... I would never buy a Nissan anywhere else !! I'm looking forward to coming back in three years when my current lease expires !!! Best experience I ever had buying a car....I actually had fun !! From Sales to Service DCH Freehold Nissan is hands down the best. I am on my second Nissan from DCH Freehold and so is my sister. The customer service is great, the Service Adviser always explains everything to me so I can understand and even when I can't afford all recommended services he will explain which ones are the most important to be performed and I really appreciate Customer Service like that during these hard economic times. I feel that the quality of work is great as well and my oil changes and other repairs are always performed fast and I am never kept waiting. The Service Department employees are always very friendly and that helps a lot because many car issues can be confusing at times and their friendly attitudes always help. The prices are perfect too. Even If I could go to a quick lube type place for my oil changes and pay a little less I no that I would not get the service that I get from Nissan. I know they take the time to check my tires and advise me on upcoming required services. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! More
The buying experience is really good. Surprisingly, the sales are the nicest one compared to the finance manager(Sam). Finance manager is the worse part of the whole buying experience, he acted like he wa sales are the nicest one compared to the finance manager(Sam). Finance manager is the worse part of the whole buying experience, he acted like he was above the customers. I had this feeling of him think too highly of himself and gave basically one word answer to anything I asked. Also got the feeling that he didnt want me to purchase the car from them. When I went to the dealership to pick up the car and paid them. From my previous car buying experience, finance manager will usually describe the paper one by one on why I need to sign it or whats the purpose of it. Sam did not do that, he just said sign this sign that, therefore I had to read over everything very carefully. While I was doing that, I can sense Sam grew very impatient and just wanted to get everything over with. His action made me very uncomfortable and very unpleasant. After all the paperworks were done, Sam just push a paper pile to me and said "this is yours" without even going over it one by one nor organized them in any sort of manner. However, the overall purchasing experience was pleasant, the salesmen were really nice and patient throughout the whole process. Travis went through all the little details about the car with me and spent nearly 30-40min and answered all the questions which was really helpful. The only downside is the finance manager who I will never deal with him again. More

The customer service at DCH Freehold Nissan was incredible. My father bought his used Altima there so when it was time for me, the 19 year old son, to buy a real car, this is where he brought me. I didn't want a Nissan but we figured we'd check out to see what the got. When I told them I wanted a Honda Civic Si, they immediately searched for it and found it. They had it shipped to the dealer and inspected in no time. They even got the car for me when it already got approved for a loan by a different customer in new york. After they inspected it they found out that it needed new brakes and they fixed it free of charge. Mark Weber was a joy to deal with. Helped out so much and never kept us in the dark. He was extremely helpful, tasteful and friendly. I would deff. recommend this place and Mark or any of their salesmen. Thanks for everything, guys! More
Salesman Ray was pleasant, courteous, and easy to work with. The dealership was busy for the holiday weekend, but he worked patiently with my son-in-law and me so that I could lease the beautiful car whic with. He also helped with the turning-in of the vehicle I had previously leased, saving me a lot of time and effort. At no time was any pressure applied and I have to say the experience was actually a pleasant one. Ray's manager was also helpful and friendly and seemed concerned that our experience be more than satisfactory. I will most definitely do business with this dealership in the future. More
