I was very pleased with the service I got from my salesman, Elliot Feiden. I had called to make an inquiry on a lease & he got back to me quickly with several different options. Friendly and very pleassant experience. The salesman were not pushy or arrogant at all. They are easy to talk to and you feel as though you are talking to a friend rather than a salesman that just wants to t not pushy or arrogant at all. I have a Nissan dealer near me, but I make the trip to Freehold because of thier service. Couldn't find a complaint if I could. More
This was our third transaction with Howie Salka and Chris Murphy, and of course DCH Freehold Nissan, in the past year. This dealership goes out of its way to make a buyer or prospective buyer feel as if his or her business is truly valued (which it is!). This time we purchased a 2010 Maxima SV. Howie Salka, as he was in the previous 2 instances, was his usual professional and helpful self, particularly during the negotiation process. Chris Murphy, the sales manager, was also very friendly and helpful and made sure that we were comfortable with the deal and understood the details. Travis Dunst was terrific in explaining/demonstarting the key vehicle features, and in fact programmed/synchronized one of our cell phones with the Blue Tooth system. We enjoyed doing business with the DCH Freehold Nissan team and highly recommend them. More

I am a very happy repeat customer, and as usual all I have to say is "What a pleasurable experience!". I had my 3 yr old with me and everyone went out of their way to make the experience great for her a have to say is "What a pleasurable experience!". After test driving many cars, sitting in the dealership with Mommy untill our car was ready she still had a smile on her face! That says alot about the people who work there!! Pete Kelly was my salesman, and I can honestly say he went the extra mile to help me find the perfect car for my needs (which was no easy task because I was very much torn between the altima and rogue). I ended up with 2009 Altima, and I love it!! Mike handled my lease return quickly and efficiently. Sam had me in and out of the finance office very quickly, which was wonderful. Barry Cottrell took the time out of his very busy schedule to help me get into the perfect car. And Travis went over every inch of my new car with me, to explain and demo the options for me. All in all my trip to the dealership was stress free and comfortable. I will recommend this dealer to my friends and family for sure. Thank you Freehold Nissan! More

Pete was very courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain all of the features the car has, and then allowed me to test drive it. The entire transaction went very smoothly. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. He followed up with a phone call the next day to see how I liked the vehicle. He is very customer oriented and I would definitely recommend him. He was not "high pressure" as other salesman can be, which made my experience a pleasurable one instead of a complete "nightmare." Another wonderful part of my experience was the outstanding job performed by the delivery employee (Ronaldo) He was amazing! He gave me a quick lesson on the ins and outs of my new car. He spent quite a bit of time with me, demonstrating how everthing works and was extremely friendly and polite. I have purchased numerous cars in my life, but never have I received such thorough instructions on how to operate the car. In my opinion, he is definitely a "star employee!" More

From our sales rep, Pete Kelly, who took the extra time & patience to help us find the perfect car to suit our needs; the finance guys, Chris, who worked to give us an awesome price with reasonable monthly payments -and- Mark, who finalized the deal and dealt with the credit end of things (& also went totally out of his way to distract & humor our 3 yr old granddaughter with coloring books, balloons and television shows ... making our buying experience totally stress-free and pleasurable); to Eddie, who introduced us to our car by explaining all of the new-fangled gadgets (which are extremely exciting but foreign to us LOL) and going so far as to sync our blue tooth phone to the car for us. We were EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this dealership (especially at a time when there is such a rush in to buy new cars with the cash-for-clunkers deal & other dealerships we had walked into had put us on the back burner for lack of time). This dealership went out of their way to make the time, gave us an awesome price, superior service -and- we drove out with a car that we absolutely LOVE! We will return to this dealership again for our next automobile and will refer our family and friends there. More
