On Friday, Nov. 30 the battery on my car failed to start my 2010 Nissian Altima, 2-door coup. The battery terminal were eaten away by acid--acid was everywhere. The AAA mechanic said that "this destruction my 2010 Nissian Altima, 2-door coup. The battery terminal were eaten away by acid--acid was everywhere. The AAA mechanic said that "this destruction has been going on for a while." I said "I just had an oil change 10 days ago, November 20, 2012. " He said "There is no way, the Nissan service teck could miss this." I had to buy a new battery but this didn't bother me as much as being allow to leave their NEW million dollar service center with so little regard for my personal safety. I leave work at 10 pm. More
My wife and I came into the dealership last night, after I first spoke to Lea Ruppert over the phone, explaining our circumstances due to Hurricane Sandy and the need to get into another car. Lea was extremely helpful, and said that she would be more than happy to provide us with several options. we loved the Rogue we had, and after a meetiing with Lea and reviewiing the fantastic deal that she presented us, it was a no brainer! We ended up in a 2012 loaded Rouge and the best part was we are paying less than before! Kudos also go out to Veysel Taner, who was courteous, friendly and completely professional. I've taken my 2000 Maxima to them a number of times. In one instance, I had them fix a scraping noise coming from the front of the car. After they fixed it, the noise came back after a few months, so I had one instance, I had them fix a scraping noise coming from the front of the car. I had another issue with them too. Once I brought my car in for service to replace a rusted out muffler and exhaust pipe. When they were done with the work, they called me to come in and pick up the car. I had my wife drop me off with my (at the time) 8 year old daughter. When I got to the car, I noticed something hanging down underneath the car and I pointed this out to the service manager. Apparently, they had forgotton to put everything back together correctly. Am I glad I noticed it because, had I driven the car as it was, the dangling piece of metal would have definitely come off while I was driving and could have caused an accident. More

From the time I arrived at the front door, it was instant satisfaction, with a little bit of curiosity. I've never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle and they worked with me through the entire process. Per the current promotion going on during the weekend of 20-21Oct2012; our rep was named Victor, he held the door for us and was easy going and upfront about the current promotion. My sales rep was Mr.Gavin Sankey, who is a young man up in coming within his field and the car industry. He understood what I needed and what was best for me. His professionalism and gratitude was hand and hand. I would work with him again within the near future. My finance rep was Mr. Mark Baatz, what can I say about Mark "Interesting" his character alone lets you what you see is what you get; which goes a long way when you negotiating money. Towards the end of the process, he was able to pursue his management to give me fabulous deal. I walked away with certified pre-own Maxima, for quality price. My current warranty is 100,000 miles, with an additional manufactory warranty for $25 extra a month. My used Pre-Owned Manger was Mr. Christopher R. Murphy. My time with Mr. Murphy was short and sweet, yet to the point. He had the authority to grant the wish of Mr. Baatz request and I walked away with a smile. I came in looking for a Toyota 2011 RAV 4 with 8000 miles on it. Needless to say I got the car. I was hoping for a reduction in the internet price but was shown that dollar for dollar it was a great deal. I on it. Needless to say I got the car. I am truly happy with the experience I had at DCH Nissan in Freehold. My wife and I drove from Yardley PA to test drive a 2008 Nissan Titan (we purchased it the same day). We knew the truck was on the lot and called ahead. They had the truck ready for us when we arrived at the dealership. We worked with Dave Barysh and he made the car buying experience enjoyable. He was able to work with us on our "bottom line" price and keep us within budget. We also met the sales manager (Chris Murphy) and he was able to give us some additional perks. Dave even supplied lunch since we were in the middle of paperwork around lunch time (thanks again for the pizza Dave). Every car buying experience should be this enjoyable.
