If you have ever bought a vehicle before then you already know its a risky business. I, like many of you I have been to numerous dealerships and even worked at one. I've seen and heard it all. I was shopping for a pre-owned car and I wanted a lot for my money.... of course. I walked in ready to haggel but was quickly put at ease when sales person Howie Salska beat my number by over a thousand dollars, they didn't have to do that but they did. Haggling was over as soon as I sat down. They worked with me throughout the whole process and never tried to ambush me with extra fees, its was pretty cut and dry. Although a pre-owned, they brought my car up to full specs! As if it were new. I didn't leave the dealership and have to go to a repair shop and replace anything on the car. I got an oil change at the Nissan near me and was told by the service dept "you got real gem." I priced my car at other dealerships, similar and identical vehicles, even lesser cars. My car in ok condition ran in upwards of 18 at other Nissan dealerships and between 16 and 17 at random lots. I paid a little over 13 and she was mint! I thought something must be wrong with the car. But no, nothing at all! Most pre-owned cars you just inherit the last owners problems. Not in this case. Thanks for making it easy, Jonas. More

I went to DCH Nissan looking for a certified 2012 Nissan Altima. With a trade-in and a few dings in my credit, I wasn't sure of my options. There was no pressure and they were very honest with me. Quite frankly, it was so simple - not like the old days where I had to be prepared to walk out. DCH was able to get me great financing and gave me the Blue Book trade-in value. Lea, Chris, Dave (and Ryan in Financing) were great. They all went above and beyond to make sure I had all my questions answered and went over all of the paperwork with me. I drove out that day with a great deal on a certified 2012 Altima with less than 1500 miles. More
With my lease ending in a few months, I decided to start looking at new vehicles. I was in no rush to buy a car but the customer service at this dealership led me to make an early deal. This was the only dealership that did not try to push a lease on me. My commute is 2,000/mo- therefore, it made no sense for me to lease. Every other dealership focused on low monthly payments. This dealership focused on the bottom line-the ultimate price of the car. They were honest and worked with me on getting a car that fit my needs and met my budget. At no point did they show frustration with my uncertainty. They were kind and honest, which ultimately convinced me to purchase early. I have a Nissan Sentra and I love it. I have been shopping around for an electric vehicle for about a week. I've requested information from a local Mitsubishi Dealer and they had never gotten back to me. My husband and I decided to call Sanson about a week. I've requested information from a local Mitsubishi Dealer and they had never gotten back to me. My husband and I decided to call Sansone Nissan, a local Nissan dealer but we were put on hold for over 10 minutes. We lost patience and decided to call DCH freehold Nissan. One of the reps got on the phone right away. We arrived at the dealership and were treated extremely well. We were taken care of by John Cordano, who offered us water, coffee and the like. After asking about the Nissan Leaf, we were asked to wait because there was a specific salesman who was trained to tell the customers about the electric vehicles. John, noticing that we were waiting a little too long, managed to grab the keys and take us for a test drive. He was extremely professional and answered as many questions as he could. After the test drive, John introduced us to Elliot who showed us the rest of the features of the Leaf. John had never left our side and was very understanding throughout the whole process. A few hours later, thanks to John and Elliot, I became a happy, very satisfied owner of a Nissan Leaf. If you ever go to DCH Nissan, make sure to deal with John Cordano. He is to the point, honest and does a thorough job. You will surely have a great car buying experience at Nissan DCH. Side note: John and Elliot called me back the next day because there were some tax errors in the paper work and corrected it immediately. That was quite a bonus being that it lowered my monthly payment by $50. Yay for DCH! More
