As a purchasing manager by profession, I detest shopping for cars. I had an excellent experience with the sales department when I leased my Nissan Altima. Everything was done quickly and easily without any problems. I am a recent arrival to New Jersey, coming from Long Island, NY. I am not used to the welcoming attentive service I received from DCH Freehold Nissan. Maria Springer was my salesperson. I think most customers are sceptical of most car dealers, having had some bad experience in their lives in buying a new or used car. I told Maria I had such an experience with a prior dealer. Maria conveyed my story to the sales mgr (I believe it's Mike). He personally came out of his office to tell me he was sorry to hear I had a bad experience with a previous dealer. He said he would hopefully rectify that bad experience and give me a good deal on the 2013 Altima I was looking at. He gave me an upgrade in model and lowered the monthly payment which quickly made me forget the bad experience I had with the previous dealer. I want to thank Maria for working for me as well as the management for assuring me they will stand behind their vehicle if and when it need service. The 2013 Altima I drove out of the showroom that day is more than I expected and would recommend it and of course DCH Nissan of Freehold. More
On Friday, Nov. 30 the battery on my car failed to start my 2010 Nissian Altima, 2-door coup. The battery terminal were eaten away by acid--acid was everywhere. The AAA mechanic said that "this destruction my 2010 Nissian Altima, 2-door coup. The battery terminal were eaten away by acid--acid was everywhere. The AAA mechanic said that "this destruction has been going on for a while." I said "I just had an oil change 10 days ago, November 20, 2012. " He said "There is no way, the Nissan service teck could miss this." I had to buy a new battery but this didn't bother me as much as being allow to leave their NEW million dollar service center with so little regard for my personal safety. I leave work at 10 pm. More

Lea was extremely helpful, and said that she would be more than happy to provide us with several options. we loved the Rogue we had, and after a meetiing with Lea and reviewiing the fantastic deal that she presented us, it was a no brainer! We ended up in a 2012 loaded Rouge and the best part was we are paying less than before! Kudos also go out to Veysel Taner, who was courteous, friendly and completely professional. I've taken my 2000 Maxima to them a number of times. In one instance, I had them fix a scraping noise coming from the front of the car. After they fixed it, the noise came back after a few months, so I had one instance, I had them fix a scraping noise coming from the front of the car. After they fixed it, the noise came back after a few months, so I had them fix it again. Again, the noise came back after a few months. I don't have the time to keep going back to them, so I won't. I had another issue with them too. Once I brought my car in for service to replace a rusted out muffler and exhaust pipe. When they were done with the work, they called me to come in and pick up the car. I had my wife drop me off with my (at the time) 8 year old daughter. When I got to the car, I noticed something hanging down underneath the car and I pointed this out to the service manager. Apparently, they had forgotton to put everything back together correctly. Am I glad I noticed it because, had I driven the car as it was, the dangling piece of metal would have definitely come off while I was driving and could have caused an accident. More
