This is the first time I have ever visited this dealership, and I am beyond glad that I decided to come here first. I cannot say enough good things about DCH or Mark Weber. Not only are you warmly greeted at the door, but the employees make you feel comfortable and at home throughout the whole viewing, questioning and buying process. I have never met Mark before this, but I can say that I felt like I have known him forever. He certainly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and work within your budget for the vehicle that you want. I will be honest, I did not plan on leaving with a car that night, but Mark and his team gave me a great deal and the time was right at DCH. I highly recommend checking this dealership out, and please ask for Mark. He is not your typical salesman. I made a friend for life and will not look elsewhere for future car purchases. As many do, I dreaded the whole car buying/finance process but Ryan, Terry and Mark really made the worst part about buying a car a breeze. I have never been in and out of a dealership so fast!
