It was up to DCH to find the car I wanted and to arrange favorable financing terms for me. Frank Tambone was the associate I dealt with and he was very personable, friendly and informative. He led me through the whole car buying process with explanations along the way and made it a very pleasant experience. We were able to find THE car I wanted, exterior color of my choice, leather interior color of my choice, and the trim I desired. Mark Baatz, the Finance Manager was able to secure for me competitive financing on my purchase and helped speed the whole process along. Alexandria Balsirow was the friendly voice who started my initial communication over the phone, who pulled my online loan application info and helped to get the whole ball rolling. The reasons why I gave 4 stars (good) for price was because 1) the Altima is competitively priced for it's market segment, 2) I basically paid "sticker price" with a $500 rebate incentive and 3) I drove off feeling like I got a "good" deal and not a "great" deal loaded with discounts. All in all, the whole DCH Nissan staff was courteous and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks fellas! More

Marc Gruben is a fantastic car salesman (aka Automobile Enthusiast!). He was courteous and responsive on the phone, but meeting him in person made the biggest impact. My budget was tight, but Marc was able to meet my needs while offering me an incredible car! I've been working with other sales people in the past month looking for not only a car, but also for a home and mortgage - each time I am greatly disappointed. Working with Marc was refreshing - he showed me there are still good people in this world who actually care about their customers. There were two other gentlemen at Freehold Nissan who were also very helpful, however I do not remember their names at this time. One went out of his way to greet me in conversation, and another assisted with the purchasing process in the end. Whatever you guys are doing there works! Keep up the great work!
