We have bought several cars from DCH Freehold Nissan and when it comes to customer service, these guys are hands down the absolute BEST! My saleman David was honest and respectful. He didn't give me the usu when it comes to customer service, these guys are hands down the absolute BEST! My saleman David was honest and respectful. He didn't give me the usual "used sales car man pitch" and let the truck sell itself. For me that is huge! When it came down to the numbers, Chris was an absolute star. At no point during the process did I feel like I was being "sold". He gave me a great price right up front (much better than other dealers I had been to). There was no dance between him and the managers office trying to get me to buy now before the buying incentives expire!... or whatever the other dealers had been telling me. He took care of the paperwork on my old lease car, the bank and my insurance company just like he promised. He even helped me move my stuff from my old car to the new one. I know that there is no question I will go back there again and recommend Frank Tambone and DCH Nissan to my friends and family. More
