We were contacted by Marc Gruben after giving our name to an associate at the NY Auto Show. We were interested in an Armada, and Marc worked very hard to help us find one. Sadly, due to other circumstances, we had to change course with what vehicle we ultimately would get. On top of that, I had a VW Tiguan lease that I needed to buy out as it was ending this month. Between Marc and his finance manager, their honest approach to what would work best for us got my Tiguan refinanced and got us out of a second lease that would have been a nightmare to get out of later. They put us into a 2010 Altima SL with very low miles. We couldn't be happier with the service we got. And they were fantastic with our daughter, who endured the time spent at the dealership trying to get everything buttoned up. We'll definitely be back there for another Nissan in the future!! More
