Recently I had scheduled my Nissan Sentra for routine service. Upon arrival I was greeted by Liz Triola. I have been a customer of Freehold Nissan since the mid '90s and had not previously seen or dealt service. Upon arrival I was greeted by Liz Triola. I have been a customer of Freehold Nissan since the mid '90s and had not previously seen or dealt with Liz. I have to say the vast majority of my dealings with Freehold Nissan employees have been cordial and helpful. However, my experience with Liz was exceptional ! She was very professional and knowledgeable yet personable and explained my service needs thoroughly, she also suggested certain services providing me with the pros and cons of having any one of the services performed during this service appointment. There was also a minor glitch with the information concerning my car on the dealerships database which she promptly corrected. Liz's handling of my service has impressed me to the extent that I feel it was worth sharing my experience and accolades with Freehold Nissan Service Department Customers. I hope other customers that have the pleasure of dealing with her are provided with the same excellent service she provided to me. I truly hope to deal with Liz on future service appointments with both of my Nissan vehicles. More
