The staff was very friendly and understanding when it came to our particular set of circumstances. We do not have the best credit at this time due to circumstances way beyone our control, and my husband came to our particular set of circumstances. We do not have the best credit at this time due to circumstances way beyone our control, and my husband and I did not feel we were being judged for it. We felt that the salesman and the finance manager were empathetic, and never once made us feel like we didn't deserve a new car. More

Monika is very easy to work with. She is personable, friendly, low key, and no pressure. After the sale, she helped me return my rental car and has followed up to make sure everything is OK. A pleasant experience from beginning to end....everything delivered.....as promised .....at agreed upon price. There were no "hidden-surprises" when we came to pick up the vehicle. Based on previous experien delivered.....as promised .....at agreed upon price. There were no "hidden-surprises" when we came to pick up the vehicle. Based on previous experiences involving the purchase of an automobile, we must say that this was the most positive ever. We would highly recommend this dealership and these salespersons to anyone who is interested in purchasing an automobile. More
We drove over an hour to the dealership because of an Internet ad for the "sign and drive" sale and a $179/mo lease on a Nissan Rogue S. We were upsold to a Rogue SV with Premium Package, but got nearly Internet ad for the "sign and drive" sale and a $179/mo lease on a Nissan Rogue S. We were upsold to a Rogue SV with Premium Package, but got nearly twice as much as expecting for our trade-in (which we still had a few payments on *and* had some minor damage), so our payments are still incredibly low. Most of the cars in the small SUV space are the same, so our decision was nearly 100% based on the deal we could get, and DCH Freehold Nissan gave us a great deal. We originally sent them an email after seeing the Internet ad, and Travis called us back in just a few minutes, and walked us through what was available and what we could expect. When we got there, they were busy, and he referred us to Marc, who was cheerful, helpful, and knew everything about the car. The day was long, of course. It we were there for nearly 4.5 hours, but they fed us and kept us in the loop about where we were in the trade-in/detailing/financing/delivery process. We had been loyal Honda customers for our last 5 cars (3 from DCH Honda Paramus, another solid dealership), but were genuinely impressed with the Nissan, the dealership, and the sales and financing staff. I expect that we'll make the drive to Freehold again when the lease on our Honda Accord is up next year. More

I took my car to be diagnosed because I felt the transmission was slipping, it was losing power, and the ride did not feel safe. I explained all of this to you and within 30 minutes you came back and shared that it was the electrical grounds. You shared that ‘all of this was caused by the grounds and I would have to get it cleaned’. I asked my service rep if they took the car for a test drive and he said ‘no’ we just put it on the diagnostic machine. I was a bit taken a back. Yes I know I am a woman and god forbid we know a little more than where the gas tank is on the car. I asked my service rep to please take the car for a test drive (I can’t believe I had to actually ask for that), because in my opinion what was going on in my car was not just a grounds problem. Another 30 minutes passed and they found that all of the problems where based on the grounds and I was given a 500 dollar total to get it fixed. I asked ‘so this would fix the ride, the noises, the shifting, and the lack of power’, I was told yes. I decided not to do the work that day because something just told me otherwise. I paid my 130 diagnostic fee (which believe me you guys don’t deserve). I took my car to another Nissan Dealer. This is what was wrong with my car, Transmission Failure as I suspected it was slipping, My timing belt was broken (which could’ve caused me to have an accident if it snapped), and my lower control arms where broken (which was the instability that I told you guys about). How is it that another Nissan dealer was able to find all of these issues yet you guys failed to do proper mechanic diagnostics. The mechanic shared that if this car was taken on a test drive based on the noise coming from the engine, and the noises coming from the lower control arms when breaking (being broken), a good mechanic would’ve found these issues. There was nothing wrong with my GROUNDS. Go figure. I should’ve figured there was a lack of competence when on my paper from you it stated “needs clean an titening”… I am going to work with my bank to get my diagnostic fee back because you do not deserve it. Maybe next time listen to your customer instead of: 1. Thinking that the diagnostic computer can tell you everything 2. not doing proper mechanic work and investigate the issue, or did they not teach you guys that at mechanic school? Sincerely, Julie Veloz More
