Dave is a phenomenal sales consultant. With 10+ years of experience, he was clearly knowledgeable as against some relatively new person who may not know the thorough details and history of the model that we experience, he was clearly knowledgeable as against some relatively new person who may not know the thorough details and history of the model that we were considering. We started off the day at 9am when he greeted us. From that point on till 2pm, which is when we completed the sale, he answered all our questions - a total of over a 100 considering how nit picky we are - always with a pleasant smile and truthfully. At no point was he frustrated with us for taking so long to make a decision or pushy to get us to make a deal. In fact, after every so often he was asking us whether we needed coffee or hot chocolate and some time to discuss among ourselves. There were no aggressive, strong arm deal-making tactics that you typically see in car salesmen. We were trying to make a decision between two models and he explained the pros and cons of each in great detail. He was also very personable - talking about his family and grand kids - asking us about our family. Last and most importantly, he gave his best to convince his manager to get us a great deal on the car, which we did. He also gave us a fair deal on our trade-in. Sal, who helped us with the financing, was also really nice, again not at all pushy and trying to get us the best deal. All in all we had a really pleasant experience with this dealership and Dave and Sal in particular and would highly recommend working with them. From our past experience at some other nissan dealerships, buying a car was a harrowing experience, similar to getting your tooth pulled, but DCH freehold nissan made it a really pleasant experience for us, giving us the deal that we were looking for. This was a dream car buying experience, I had researched the car I wanted and where I wanted to purchase it, also my brother in law has leased from this dealership. My experience with Salesman Marc Gruben, was exceptional! Marc cut down the leasing time dramatically because he does his very best work over the phone to streamline the whole process. I felt like I was treated fairly by Travis as he explained the options I had for leasing and buying. In the end I chose to lease and feel good about my decision. As well, Finance manager Sal Taner was easy to deal with and very accomodating. I would highly recommend this dealership and these employees.
