I had been looking for a deal on a used Mazda 3 for several weeks when on a Wednesday morning I came across this car on line at a price which seemed too good to be true. Called from work and got in tou several weeks when on a Wednesday morning I came across this car on line at a price which seemed too good to be true. Called from work and got in touch with Mr. Phillips who assured me the car was an excellent buy and that the photos were accurate of the pristine condition of the car. Since I was 2 1/2 hours away he suggested I put a deposit on it, which I did. Went there the next day and it was in tip top condition at a price that was well below actual value. Took care of paperwork and was ready to drive away, but it wouldn't start! Upon hearing about the situation, Sal the manager instantly ordered a new battery to be installed! (Thanks Sal). So my Mazda 3 has a new Nissan battery in it. I've driven the car about 250 miles and it is a blast, more car for the money than I thought possible. A big thanks to Rich, Joe, and Sal for making this a very satisfying experince. It was well worth the trip! More

Marc quickly changed that day to a positive experience. I had told him what had happen at another dealership and he quickly put my concerns to rest. He never heard dealership acting with such disregard and disrespect. I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Altima with Marc Gruben. He was very professional, friendly, thorough, patient, and worked tirelessly to make sure I understood every step of the way. He has already called several times after my purchase to check up on me and make sure everything was going okay with my car. I had some questions and he answered all of them very thoroughly. Marc documented all my issues about the car so when I came for my first oil change he was there, at service, to help me to express all my concerns about the car. Dwayne Parker is the salesman to ask for when looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. I did not feel pressured but instead informed which is what every consumer should be. I will definitely use Dwayne again and will recommend him to family and friends. I gave my overall experience as good instead of great as I began with another salesman whose style of delivering information did not suit me. However, the customer service from the managers did make sure that I left satisfied with my purchase. At the end, I credit my new salesman with making the difference of me having a positive purchasing experience. More

He's straightforward, easy to work with and most importantly, extremely respectful of your time. Mark made buying a car a PLEASANT experience. Even though he was busy, we never felt rushed or under serviced. He answered all our questions and when we were ready to sign, he expedited the process and had us out of there as fast as possible. Mark started the paperwork and then handed us off to Howie Salka in the finance department. Howie was also very easy to work with and had all the paperwork ready for signature in record time. We were done with Howie in under 40 minutes and he handed us back to Mark who had the car washed and ready to go. The entire experience was actually fun. Never thought that was possible. I am a widow and had no clue what to expect when buying a car.
