Mark Weber, the sales rep who helped us during our visit, understood what we were looking for and helped us to find the perfect match for our needs and budget. He was very pleasant to deal with, and took the time to follow up with us the next day to let us know that he had located an extra key we could pick up, and to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and had no additional questions or concerns. All of the staff we met were courteous and friendly, and I would recommend this dealership and Mark Weber to a friend... More
Trade in after ten years I was a little apprehensive to go through the car buying/leasing experience since it had been about ten years since I purchased my last vehicle. I we I was a little apprehensive to go through the car buying/leasing experience since it had been about ten years since I purchased my last vehicle. I went to Freehold Nissan where I met Marc Gruben. He was friendly from beginning to end, helped me get the most for my trade in and was professional every step of the way. He explained every feature of the Nissan Sentra I leased and was helpful every step of the way. I look forward to doing more business with DCH Freehold Nissan in the future. More
Great Dealership; AMAZING Service!!! When it was time for me to jump into a new lease I have searched far and white for a dealership I can call my soulmate. I was also in search of great When it was time for me to jump into a new lease I have searched far and white for a dealership I can call my soulmate. I was also in search of great customer service and price. I have found all three at Freehold Nissan with the wonderful assistance provided by Marc Gruben. From returning my old lease to picking out my new vehicle, Marc has been top notch through and through. In dealing with him, you will find that he is honest, patient, and very responsive to questions and concerns about the car or the lease. There is no pressure, no gimmicks. The process was a smooth one. We visited him on a late Friday night and he had to not only deal with me but my mom AND dad who are always with me when making a big decision. He was absolutely pleasant and friendly in dealing with my 'wheeling and dealing' dad and no nonsense mom. It was a breath of fresh air to have dealt with such a dedicated person. After the sale he had stayed in touch, making sure everything is going smoothly and open to any new questions I may have. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience here and with be back in 3 years Marc, so get my new car ready! More

Lifelong Customer No More I consider myself to be a better than average customer, having purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership and having done most of my service here. I w I consider myself to be a better than average customer, having purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership and having done most of my service here. I was upside down on a lease and returned to DCH Freehold Nissan for vehicle #7. My experience started on the phone with Travis, who was pleasurable to deal with much like he was with my past purchase. When I went into the showroom, Travis was with a customer so he turned me over to Rob, who was also a very nice guy. I explained exactly what I was looking to do, and Rob put it in the hands of the manager to work numbers. For all of my business over the years, the manager had Rob present me their offer...MSRP, 5K out of pocket and an interest rate of almost 5%. To use the word OFFENDED is an understatement. We had been there for 2 hours. I expressed this to Rob and asked for my keys. He went to get the manager. At this point I wouldn't give the manager the time of day. I had to ask for my keys more than once, and I left the dealership. I went up to Bridgewater Nissan, where I couldn't have been treated better. My deal...well discounted, sign and drive - not $1 out of pocket, and an interest rate under 2%. Check out what I had to say about them. I live all of 5 miles from Freehold Nissan. I am a Nissan guy and have many more cars in my future. Freehold Nissan just lost a lifelong customer. I would rather pay more and be treated with respect than shop there again. Freehold Nissan you should be embarrassed. More
LACK OF INTEGRITY!!! I am writing this review so other customers don't be scamed the way I was. I purchased my Honda polit from Nissan in 2001. I purchased there 3 year wa I am writing this review so other customers don't be scamed the way I was. I purchased my Honda polit from Nissan in 2001. I purchased there 3 year warranty; which cost me about $2800. Right before the warranty expired my radiator and thermostat had to be replaced. I took the truck to Nissan for sevice week of February 26, 2013. The Nissan Rep. called me and stated my radiator needed replacing because there was a hole under the bottom. They needed to also replace the thermostat and recommended that my front breaks pads and rotors needed to be replaced. The suggestion to change my breaks and rotors, was bizarre because that job was done by Pep Boys about 2 months prior. And when I told him that he stated oh okay. The Nissan Rep. explained for the job of replacing the radiator and thermostat my warranty will only cover $416.50. Breakdown: Replacement of Radiator. $348.99, Radiator assembly $224.00, Radiator Cap $24.00, Replacement of Thermostat Assembly $169.99, Thermostat $42.00, Perform Complete Coolant System $58.00, Global Antifreeze $26.00 and customer pay shop materials for repair order $20.00. Total plus tax I paid out of pocket "$1,000.43" after warranty of $416.50. Okay I can deal with that. Well it's been 1 year and 6 months later and guess what? My Radiator is leaking again from the same exact spot!! How is that possible? Took the truck to Nissan and the Rep. calls me 2 days later to tell me I need "A NEW RADIATOR " I asked how is that possible. I had that job done February 2013 it's only September/ October 2014. The Rep say to me, "Well it's no longer under warranty and there's a leak on the bottom of radiator, which could have been cause by a rock." My question to him was how was that possible when I have a plastic guard under my car protecting the car from partical going up into engine, radiator etc... He had no answer. I stated it sounds to me that the radiator was never replaced the first time I was here; however I was charged for a new radiator. And today 10/30/2014 you are charging me again for the same service that should have been done in February 2013. His answer, "I'm really sorry. I don't have answers for you." I asked him was the service done the first time? Today I had to pay again for: Replacement of Radiator $324.88, Radiator $341.00 , Cap $6.54, customer pay shop materials $6.54 and as stated on reciept discount of $60.00 for a total out of pocket with taxes $664.92. Nissan has lost a loyal customer. I will never buy another car or use your car service. I truly believed a was cheated. Having to buy 2 Radiators for the same car in less than 19 month time. I do not believe the job was done the first time. I will warn everyone I know about Nissan route 9. More

Commendation for Liz Triola and Matthew Cascello We are the owners of a Nissan Altima and went to this dealership on Aug. 22, 2014 for an oil change and to possibly buy tires. Matthew attended to us We are the owners of a Nissan Altima and went to this dealership on Aug. 22, 2014 for an oil change and to possibly buy tires. Matthew attended to us as soon as he was able to. He was very friendly and helpful and told us that Liz would be able to help us regarding the tires and other things we may need. He honored the discount promised to us regarding the oil change during our next visit which was that day. Liz was the best. She was able to find some existing warranty that our car still had, offered us a good deal on the tires and was just very helpful and accommodating. We also got a nice loaner car while they were fixing our car. Thank you all for the great experience. The only drawback was that you ran out of the chocolate drink mix so maybe next time you'll have them : ) More
failure to provide registration for a new purchase. I bought a 2013 nissan frontier. The purchase went well. The problem is I live in PA and they said they would handle the registration process. Ok grea I bought a 2013 nissan frontier. The purchase went well. The problem is I live in PA and they said they would handle the registration process. Ok great. They gaveme a temp 20 day non resident plate until my plate was to come in. The temporary plate expired sunday and I have yet to recieve my plate. So now the truck cant be driven and I cant get a straight answer from them. I have done alot of work for various dealers from freehold to marlton NJ and talking to them this should not of happened. So long story short if you live out of state I would not go to DCH freehold to purchase. Personally I think there clericle staff slacks. They should of got the paperwork out on time and there wouldnt of been any problems. More
