Vehicle was determined a total loss in a very reasonable time frame. I knew I wanted to work with a female sales gal and Hanna was awesome! Her non-pushy relaxed, yet professional style put me at ease and negotiating a fair price was easy. She definitely knows her product and was able to find exactly what i wanted; delivery within a coupe days. Hanna also helped me return my rental car and then provided a loaner car until my Forester was delivered. I highly recommend this dealership for body, service, and sales needs.
