Lynn was sensitive to my needs I bought my first, and only other, Subaru 23 years ago and it was still running but a few things had begun to go wrong and needed repair and the inter I bought my first, and only other, Subaru 23 years ago and it was still running but a few things had begun to go wrong and needed repair and the interior was wearing out so it was about time to start thinking about a new car and, well, Subaru was the only choice for me. I had gone to another dealership but they didn't seem very eager to sell me a car because no one came out to greet me when I drove up but I stayed and did speak to a sales person but was very nonplused by him so then I went to RK and there I met Lynn Tichey. I initially was going to look at an Imprezza, the same model I had for the past 23 years and was very happy with but Lynn saw that I was walking with a cane so she recommended the Crosstrek because that way I wouldn't have to struggle to get up and out of the car, the seat is at a much more comfortable height where I can just turn around and sit into the car and she was right about that. I have a bad hip and degenerative arthritis in my low back and hips and the Crosstrek is much less stressful on me physically and Lynn knew that because she notices things about her customers and what they need, she's not just there to sell cars and make commissions. Now don't get me wrong, she's there to make a living but she looks out for her customers as well, you don't find that everywhere but I got the sense that that was more the rule than the exception at RK. I had occasion to visit RK several times, before and after the purchase and Lynn wasn't always available as she sometimes was with other customers but no matter who I dealt with the experience was always pleasant and left me feeling good that I had purchased from RK and Lynn. I am hoping when I need service that the service experience will be as satisfying. Overall I highly recommend Lynn if you are looking to purchase a Subaru, and I highly recommend a Subaru if you are looking to purchase a car. I am sure you will be as pleased as I have been with both!!! More

This is the second Subaru I have purchased from Lynn (my fourth Subie overall) and it was a terrific experience. She knew exactly what I was looking for and the entire process took less than 90 minutes. It is rare to find someone who is as knowledgeable, honest, and helpful as Lynn. I currently own two Crosstreks (I bought them for my kids) and will be purchasing a new Ascent from Lynn withing the next 12 months. There were other SUVs and cars I considered but I chose Subaru again in large part because of the folks that work at RK. Thank you Lynn, you make car buying a really enjoyable, stress-less experience. P.S. The RK service center and body shop are stellar, they offer top of the line maintenance and repairs at extremely fair prices -- don't waste your time at other shops--even for tires because RK beats Treadquarters, etc. for quality , service, and cost. My 2008 Tribeca has 265,000 miles on it and it saved my life twice and my daughter's once. Thank you so much Doug, CJ, and Roger for a decade of superior maintenance service. She is quite possibly the best car sales person that I have ever worked with becaus I bought my 1st Subaru - a 2018 Forester this weekend from Hannah. She is quite possibly the best car sales person that I have ever worked with because she listened, was patient, and generally cared about getting me the vehicle that I wanted. No stress, no pressure. She took the time to explain the vehicle and its functions, even after the purchase the next day when I had additional questions. He listened intently to what were our requirements and then suggested specific vehicle solutions. How refreshing! This buying experience was congenial, professional, and educational. Handling the final paperwork was smooth and fast. In the process of finalizing our purchase we spent a few minutes with General Manager Greg Reynolds. It gave us comfort to know the character and direction of this dealership directly from him. Our fundamental requirements with regards to price, term of loan, trim package and color did not make this process to easy to say the least. Though, when it looked like we were at a stalemate in the process along came Subaru Steve with the solution to our situation. He recalled that we were not in an immediate need of a new vehicle and could afford to wait for our perfect match. He suggested that we factory order the exact vehicle we wanted to ensure we were happy with our buying experience. Well folks, we were more then happy, because we got the exact car we wanted cheaper than expected. We would recommend Steve and his Team for your next new year's vehicle purchase. More

Steve always goes above and beyond to keep us up to date on prices, deals, interest rates, added inventory, etc. when he knows we are searching. The previous two purchases were as easy as car buying can come. Steve left no question unanswered, and didn't have us feeling in the dark about anything regarding our new vehicles. After buying our Forester (new), we anticipated that would be our family car for years to come, as we only had one child and were not planning any more. The second we discovered another, we NEEDED more space for our frequently lengthy car trips, and Steve immediately came to the rescue about a car that wasn't produced yet--The Subaru Ascent. I think he was as ecstatic as we were over adding the car to our entourage. We haven't purchased our Ascent yet, but feel as though we know as much as Subaru does about timing, features, add-ons, etc. thanks to Steve. We are excited to purchase our THIRD Subaru from him in January, and will continue to be life-long customers! As for RK, we only take our vehicles to be serviced here. They offer us deals we can't resist, and listen to ALL of our issues when we bring them up. We have never had something put on the back burner due to issues of cooperation with RK. When servicing a factory defect on one of our vehicles, RK Subaru put us in the BEST car temporarily while they took care of the warranty on a vehicle. They really do make you feel like family, have an incredibly transparent relationship, and go out of their way to be sure you leave happy. More
