There was no pressure put on us, even after telling him that we were going to look at another car at a different dealership. Unfortunately Sheldon was busy with another customer when we returned, but “Subaru” Steve was there to pick up where Sheldon left off. Again very knowledgeable about the vehicle and entertaining. SubaruSteve Montgomery was super. He listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me what I might not want. Then he suggested a couple of extras that he thought I would want but discouraged me from others explaining why they did not suit my driving needs. He knew the answers to all my question. I had done enough on-line research to know the price was good. He did not push the sales, but shared options and let me decide what was best for me. Subaru Steve got me a great deal on my new 2019 Crosstrek, with no hassle. In addition, I planned to only stop by briefly because I had my puppy with me, but Subaru Steve and RK Subaru welcomed her as well. (She got to hang out in the A/C) They also went above and beyond and helped me take my rental car back and even had someone vacuum it out before it was returned. I would highly recommend Subaru Steve and RK Subaru. More

We bought a Brand New White 2018 Forester & last year we bought a Brand New White Impreza. Steve made our purchase really easy, kept us posted as when our new Forester will come in & answered all our questions. We told him what we wanted & he got it for us. Experience with Lynn Tichy I first met Lynn when I had moved from Columbus OH where I had bought my Outback. She was filling in for the accounting person who wasn't there that d I first met Lynn when I had moved from Columbus OH where I had bought my Outback. She was filling in for the accounting person who wasn't there that day. I talked to her about the best time to trade my Outback in for a new one and she gave me an honest answer of two years. She pulled up all the information about my Outback which I had owned and gave me the best month to trade it in, based on the delivery of the latest model. When I bought my new Outback she was my sales person and took care of everything for me. She arranged the inspection of my existing Outback, added all the costs of the new Outback including the extended warranty, license plate transfer, tax etc. and gave me the exact amount I would owe so I just wrote her a check and drove away a very happy person. Every time I took my old Outback in for service, and the one time I've had the new one serviced I have chatted with Lynn. I don't like cars salesmen because they always try to sell you everything for their benefit, not yours. Lynn was not like this. I told her exactly what I wanted and that is all she priced - didn't try to sell me anything more. Rob Reasons More
