As a long time Mercedes customer, this was my first purchase from RBM of Alpharetta, and I could not be more pleased, primarily because of the assistance Dan Berry provided during the sales process. H purchase from RBM of Alpharetta, and I could not be more pleased, primarily because of the assistance Dan Berry provided during the sales process. He took great care in understanding my requirement and timeline. He presented several options for both a purchase and a lease. I ultimately chose to purchase a certified pre-owned E350. It met all of my expectations. On the day I picked up the car, Dan went above and beyond in making sure all of the small details were taken care of before I drove off. He is a great guy and a true asset to RBM of Alpharetta. It was a great experience and highly recommend Dan and RBM of Alpharetta for anyone in the market for a Mercedes Benz. You will be taken care of! I would be remiss if I did not mention how smooth the financial part of the day went with Lisa Brennan, Financial Services Director. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the paperwork that was required in a friendly and professional manner.in a very reasonable amount of time. I then met with Reagan Sparkman, Customer Experience Consultant. She guided me through all of the features and functionality of my new vehicle in an educated and fun manner.
