The atmosphere and people are amazing, professional and friendly, they felt like family. Lori Mohr our salesperson was absolutely the best, no pressure, eager to assist and down right a delight to engage with. The staff and the experience of great customer service is why I continue to come back for vehicle service and to purchase vehicles from this dealership. A word of praise and thanks to Donnie Moore (sales manager), and Kyle Edson. Today was my third experience in purchasing a vehicle with both Donnie and Kyle. They both extended themselves and went out of their way to take excellent care of me. What is even more important to me is how Donnie, Kyle, and the dealership take care of their customers. It may sound quaint and old fashioned, but they make their customers (in this case me!), feel like you are part of a large family, ready to embrace and take care of every need you have. I wholeheartedly give them my highest recommendation. By the way, I must add a word of praise for my service advisor, Andrei Bucatari.
