My wife and I recently got a new GL450 to replace the family's 2005 Sequoia and had a great experience at RBM North. I have had the good fortune to own a variety of luxury cars, but most recently I bought my first Mercedes from RBM North in the Atlanta area. My first service experience was last week and I must say I was cars, but most recently I bought my first Mercedes from RBM North in the Atlanta area. My first service experience was last week and I must say I was very pleased. The Service Representative assigned to me is Victoria Cunningham. She was very professional in explaining the details of the what / when elements of what was going to happen. Shaping expectations is very important, but exceeding them is another art form all together. This is a top shelf dealership in every way including the sales team. I bought my car from Debbie Starks. She quickly understood what I was looking for and brought to my attention a killer car that I am very happy with. Doing the deal was a pleasure and it inspired my confidence in the Mercedes brand but in particular this dealership. I highly recommend this establishment. These people are fanatics about quality service and customer satisfaction. More

A couple of months ago I contacted Anna DeBlois to begin searching for a new/used vehicle, as my previous lease was about to expire. She was very diligent with regard to contacting me several times wheneve searching for a new/used vehicle, as my previous lease was about to expire. She was very diligent with regard to contacting me several times whenever a potential vehicle was available - per my description/request. Upon my arrival to RBM of Atlanta North, I was greeted promptly and was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the sales process, from start to finish.
