Bill Favini and his sales team went above and beyond what we ever expected...their price was exactly where we wanted to be...they offered us a 1.9% finance rate and gave us top trade value on our trade in... we ever expected...their price was exactly where we wanted to be...they offered us a 1.9% finance rate and gave us top trade value on our trade in...Not only that..they stayed after hours..on a Friday night...to complete our transaction so that we didn't have to drive another hour and a half the next day to finish up. Bill Favini is a kind and very generous person. We left our garage door opener in our car and he brought it half way to us to save us time and gas. I would highly recommend...even if you have to drive out of your way...this Mercedes dealer...I promise that it will be worth your time. More
Andy Sayers is a very easy person to deal with when it comes to buying a car. He is very willing to go as far as he can go to get you the deal you need. He is up front about what can and cannot be done, and has no reservations about offering alternative solutions. When things came to a standstill, he was quick to go straight to the top and get the General Manager (Randy Powell) involved until we came to acceptable terms. The three of us sat together and worked all the numbers until everyone was happy. Concessions were made on both sides, but it was all very comfortable and friendly with absolutely zero pressure tactics involved. They truely want your business. I'd do it again in a blink. I visited several car dealers in my search and these people worked the hardest to get my business - so they got my business. More

David listened attentively and guided us through the current inventory based on our needs and lifestyle. After looking at several new and used models, David showed us a late-model C300 with low mileage. We took the vehicle for a test drive and quickly came to the conclusion that this car was made for us! When we returned to the dealership, I was concerned this vehicle would not be available when we are ready. David conferred with his Sales Manager and made us an offer we couldn't refuse -- an offer that made my lease buyout a moot point. We have owned our C300 for one week. I realized I'd forgotten how much fun driving can be! We are planning on visiting David when my wife's BMW lease comes due next year. More

He was very laid back and genuinely friendly; two things you don't often find in a car salesman. He's also very knowledgeable and passionate about the cars he sells, which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. After going to ~15 other car dealerships and being treated like just another customer, I came back to purchase a new GLK350 from RBM North, where I felt like part of a family. More

I did a lot of research before picking a dealership and i'm glad i chose RBM North. This was my first new car and was hoping the buying experience would be good. I got better than i expected Reza was very friendly and he patiently answered all my questions.. and i had quite a few. He waited till i was ready to purchase the car and never ever pushed me to complete the deal. The week after i got my car i helped another buddy of mine to buy his car from a honda dealership in town and you cannot imagine the difference in experience, no match to RBM. My next car would be thru RBM again! :) More
