I brought my 2002 E320 in for routine service. My service advisor Steve greeted me, went thru what was going to be done to the car and had my loaner vehicle waiting for me (an SUV that I LOVED). Later in the morning, Steve called (as he said he would) and advised me of some addtional items worth noting during their inspection. He outlined which needed to be taken care of right away, and others that could wait if I would like. I agreed and gave him the green light to complete the work. (It also let me drive the SUV for another day!) Next day, Steve called PLUS I got an email that notified me the car was ready. Got to the dealership, relaxed in the waiting area with complementary beverages and snacks provided. When I went to the cashier, she showed me the bill and asked if I was a Prestige Program member. I told her I was and that saved me quite a bit of money! I paid, was given my keys and walked out to my clean car. (They wash your car when taken for service) I really love this dealership and the friendly people associated with it! More

Needless to say after looking at about 10 different models that were tailored to the size and optioned cars that she liked, we had experienced a significant variety of Sales People in our quest. But while my mother was completely overjoyed with the Mercedes we had found, I believe it may have been exceeded by the so very pleasant experience provided by Andrew throughout the sales process. I have purchased probably more than 10 cars in my lifetime at dealerships and while I have had several exceptional experiences, I do not believe ANY of them could touch this one. It was only fitting that the car she liked best was going to be purchased from the salesman she liked the best as well. More
