But life has a way of reprioritizing and reallocating, and so fast forward 30 years, and here I was, at 51, still waiting and wishing for the MB cabriolet. Enter RBM of Alpharetta and Ramona Razavi, the most fantastic sales associate there at the dealership! I saw the car of my dreams advertised on the website, contacted Ramona to schedule a test drive, and the rest, as they say, is history! Every part of the experience with RBM (and Ramona) was nothing short of excellent! The dealership is clean and luxe, the staff courteous and professional (but never pretentious). Ramona walked my partner and I through the entire buying process, explaining details with a friendly demeanor that put us at ease. Once the offer was made, she toured us around the dealership to familiarize us with the Service Department. We met with the Finance coordinator, Sharon Thompson, who was, like Ramona, a joy to work with... very down to earth and friendly, while still managing to be efficient and professional, getting us in and out of the paper-signing phase quickly and painlessly! Finally, we were introduced to Kyle Edson, our Product Concierge, who took time to fully explain the features and details of our new car. Since taking possession of the car, I have received follow up emails and phone calls from both Ramona and Kyle to be sure my experience was good and to offer their continued assistance should i have any questions or concerns as i "learn the car". Outstanding! Everyone at RBM works at a high level of professionalism and with obvious respect for the client, and I would most definitely recommend the dealership, and in particular, Ramona Razavi, to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned Mercedes Benz. You won't be disappointed! More

This is the 3rd car I have purchased from RBM Alpharetta and they continue to provide a great buying experience. This purchase and the last purchase for my daughter were handled by Bill Winslow and Bill really did a great job. He not only located the exact vehicle I wanted but had it shipped quickly and worked out a delivery date/time to fit my extremely busy schedule and at a price lower than I expected to pay. I finally went to his dealer, RBM of Alpharetta, to satisfy him and was quite impressed not only at the selection of the vehicles, but also with the high quality of service. I was greeted by David, who was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, which I had many of. He was patient and not your traditional "sales guy". After spending much time with us, I told him I needed to think about it and I expected your standard, "if you walk away the deal may not be available when you return" type of response. That was far from what happened. I did walk away, I thought about it and returned to purchase my first Mercedes. I am very happy with my purchase. They walked me through all of the features before I left RBM and I really loved the "white glove" service. I appreciated David's professionalism, great knowledge and the pride that he took in the service he provided. More

My 4th and best Mercedes from RBM Alpharetta I just recently took delivery of my new AMG GT S. I was invited to a private showing months ago,where I was able to speak with a factory rep. Later, my sales person,Bill Winslow, called to tell me they had just gotten in a GT S,and invited me back in to take a second look. I was reluctant to give up my SL 550, as it had been my favorite car of all time. But the more I read about the GT S, the more I wanted one,so I reserved the next slot. Everyone at RBM Alpharetta is always so friendly,from the receptionist to the business office, and I enjoy my relationship with Bill and the Sales Manager, Donnie Moore. I just happened to be at one of RBM's fun events, and Bill was on vacation. But I poked my head in Donnie's office to say hello, and he surprises me by telling me my car was in, fresh off the boat! He even took me in back,so I could see it, A couple of days later I got my professional orientation,as is their custom, and was out and on my way. I was contacted by Bill and the young lady that gave me the orientation, just to make sure I was enjoying my car and understood everything (and this car is very sophisticated). Mercedes is the only automobile I will drive. It's quality,safety,engineering, and performance keeps me a loyal customer. I have visited other Mercedes Dealers, and they are all very professional. But the people at RBM Alpharetta are simply the best! More
