Its always a "hassle free" no pressure experience, and always a good deal. Considering the quality of the MB product and the RBM Alpharetta dealership service and experience...... Out of town internet search. As advertised and seamless. As a car lover, I tend to change cars every 2-3 years. Buying a used and certified vehicle is important for me to get a great vehicle at a price that works for me and is under warranty. After weeks of extensive searching and sending out feelers to multiple dealerships, I found Ron at RBM of Alpharetta. He spoke my language and shared my enthusiasm without any salesman pressure. After making a preliminary decision, my wife and I traveled to Atlanta and were very well received at the dealership. Since we were out of town buyers, all of the preliminary financing, estimates, etc. were done by phone, email and text. It was a relief to find that there no surprises upon arriving at the dealership.
