MR. Royce Worley was on point on arrival to greet us before even walking in the building. Super Kind and pleasant to be around but most importantly very professional! My partner and I knew we were in great hands since the minute we came in encounter with Mr. Worley ! He walked us through every detail on the vehicle and every step of the process. Made us feel very at ease and comfortable. The dealership was very pleasant to walk around very clean and nice staff and coworkers everyone was very friendly! I appreciate Mr. Worley for taking the time to accommodate our needs, and working with us to get our dream vehicle! 10/10 best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I do not like "salesy" people and Lori Mohr was referred to me. She was exceptional! From the moment I met with her, I felt like she understood what I do not like "salesy" people and Lori Mohr was referred to me. She was exceptional! From the moment I met with her, I felt like she understood what my needs/wants were and she was able to find the best fit for me. Never once did I feel pressured or as if she was trying to sell me on something. Once she found the vehicle, Lisa in accounting made it a smooth process. The cherry on top was Reagan who walked me through how to use all of the fun features! These ladies truly gave me such an amazing experience and I could not be happier! I can't recommend Lori, Lisa, and Reagan at RBM of Alpharetta enough! More

After a not so great experience at another dealership. We were so happy with the level of service at RBM of Alpharetta. We absolutely loved our experience with Janice Jackson.
