Steve at RBM of Alpharetta never disappoints! My appointment was for 10:00 with Steve Byrd. I was in a loaner car and on my way home in 15 minutes! Steve updated me, via text, later in the day to let me know that my car would be ready the next morning. Early the next morning he texted again to let me know when my car would be ready and that I could pick it up at my convenience. It was sparkling clean when I got there, and once again, I was on my way back home in record time. I have dealt with Steve since I bought my car 4 years ago, and I have always received excellent service. We are moving to another city in May, and I will certainly miss RBM of Alpharetta. I am glad that I was able to use them one last time. It will be interesting to see how the service department at the dealership in our new home compares. Steve Byrd and the staff at RBM of Alpharetta have certainly set the bar high! More

At first we weren’t sure about the size of the car so we did some more looking around at other cars & locations. Bill was very patient with us, and when we decided to take another look at the A4, he was very helpful and ensured we would have the time we needed to ‘kick the tires’. In the end we decided to make the purchase, and Bill was able to very quickly get things in order for us, all the while accommodating our hectic schedules to make sure we could get everything done in one day.
