It was our great good fortune to connect with sales specialist Kyle Edson, whom we met with the next morning. Kyle had the vehicles we asked about ready to drive when we arrived, and we selected and purchased our favorite. Kyle is really down to earth, takes his time with you, is easy to talk to, appreciates the practical aspects of your everyday driving needs, and he didn't push us in one direction or another or pitch us on a higher value vehicle. His extensive knowledge about the details and features of the vehicles we looked at really made us feel confident in our selection. Since the sale, he has been very responsive to our request for assistance in acquiring post-purchase accessories for our new car. We have purchased a variety of high-end vehicles in the past, and this has been the best experience we've had by far. We have already told our friends and family to see Kyle if a new Mercedes-Benz is in their futures, and we'd like to suggest that everyone reading this review do the same. More

From under my nose I came into the dealership and test drove a 2010 Lexus RX 350. I had been looking at a ML350 Blutec from another dealer. I decided to go with the Lexus and told the sales rep I had to go get my car that I was trading so they could structure the deal. When I returned 1 1/2 hours later they informed me they sold the car to the next person that walked in to see it. I have never heard of anything like this happening before. I guess first come fist serve does not apply at this dealership. More

Leasing a Mercedes I went to RMB Mercedes in Alpharetta as a referred Costco customer, with my wife today. We were actually planning to buy a low mileage e class. He was a super nice salesperson. Very help full. He showed us as many old and new E series as well as C-sereis cars. We decided to drive a new C 300 and liked the vehicle a lot. He explaind the pro and con of leasing vs. buying. The car will be for my wife, who opted for leasing a new 2019 red C 300 with a veru few miles in the odo. He helped to fill the leasing forms, upload the App in my wife's iPhone and introduced me to his supervisor and the Accounting person. We drove out with a new Mercedes as a very happy customer. I also got a Mercedes cap and my wife got an Mercedes umbrella as gifts. Van as well as other persons I came in contact to were all very professional and helpful. This was my 13th auto purchase and today's expereince was the best. More
