We set up an appointment for a test drive with Bill. He graciously showed us the car we were interested in, and after the test drive we advised we were interested but would be considering other vehicles. Without the typical sales pressure, Bill advised he would be available to answer questions we might have while we did our comparison shopping. We stayed in touch for a little over a week and once we decided we wanted a Mercedes it was an easy decision to purchase from RBM of Alpharetta. Completing the transaction was a pleasant experience. No pressure to purchase additional services, just conversation about offers and benefits, After the sale, we were given a tutorial on how to use all the features of the vehicle and an offer to answer any questions that might arise after we had a chance to drive (and forget what we were shown!).
