First let me say the relationship started back around 2001 when I began having all service done on my then new 2001 E Class by RBM of Roswell. My current Sales Executive, Dan Berry, took care of me all those early years in his prior role as a Service Professional at that location. Dan of course is the consummate professional and I followed him to RBM of Alpharetta for the continued MB exceptional service experience. Neither Dan nor the dealership have ever let me down. I hope he didn't mind enduring my almost twenty years before I moved on from being a service only to a sales customer, but of course he always said "whenever you're ready, just let me know..." in the most sincere manner.
