Britt was wonderful to work with during my car buying experience. He was super knowledge, as I was new to the Mercedes brand, and really took the time to explain the difference between Mercedes and anoth experience. Much more positive car buying experience than we have ever had previously, including multiple previous luxury brand purchases. Bill Favini the salesman and Rachel Collins in finance were excellent. The dealership held the car for us when we were not able to purchase at the time we first drove the car due to travel and circumstantial issues. They were very accommodating of all requests. There was no wasted time or gamesmanship. Although the dealership is not geographically desirable for our in town location, we will return for future purchases due to the positive nature of the experience. Well worth the drive. More

I had been looking for a car for several weeks and went to at least 7 different dealerships and finally ended up at RMB Mercedes of Alpharetta. All I can say is what a different experience between the oth to at least 7 different dealerships and finally ended up at RMB Mercedes of Alpharetta. All I can say is what a different experience between the other fly by night used car dealerships and RMB of Alpharetta. Most of the credit goes to Lori Mohr who was very patient, professional and thorough. She showed me several vehicles and helped me close the deal on the one I wanted.
