I compare car-buying to a root canal as far as pleasant experiences, but Dan restored my faith in the process with his low-key, but extremely effective, approach to the process. This was my second experience with RBM of Alpharetta, the first one having been pleasant enough to bring me back. But that salesperson has retired; and I was fortunate enough to randomly find Dan who confirmed the consistency of the RBM way of doing things! Thanks, Dan!! Thank RBMA!! I forgot to mention the financing and delivery process: a 450 GLE is not a run-of-the-mill vehicle, and the patience and professionalism of the delivery person, Jawan, in trying to assure our comfort in understanding and operating the vehicle was also amazing!! And possibly the worst part of an automobile transaction is dealing with the finance manager. Absolutely wonderful experience while we bought our car from start to finish..very friendly staff and very thorough check they do on the cars they sell (esp used ones).
